REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If something isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order via email to info@parallel51.co. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
The item(s) must be exchanged or returned in original condition, unworn and unused with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains and/or that smell of perfume. We do not cover the cost of item(s) being returned or exchanged. Please ensure you have your receipt or email order confirmation available.
Damages and Issues:
We take great care in ensuring the items you receive meet our quality control standards. However, if you do receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us at info@parallel51.co so we can review the matter. Any damage that occurs after 3 months from the order date will be considered normal wear and tear.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items:
Items purchased during a promotional period or purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and not refunds. The particular promotion in issue may also have additional terms and conditions.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow for at least 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you (or such other period of time as advised by your bank or credit card company).
